How to reach Mayara Fort

Mayara Fort is in the Sam Sand Dunes area, about 40 km west of Jaisalmer city. The drive takes roughly an hour along the Sam road.

By road
Drive or take a taxi from Jaisalmer towards Sam. Ask us for directions or a transfer.
By train
Jaisalmer railway station has connections to Jodhpur, Jaipur, Delhi and other cities.
By air
Jaisalmer Airport has seasonal flights. Jodhpur Airport is the nearest year-round option.
